Rebeca Lindsay is a Brazilian singer and songwriter, born in Maracanaú, Ceará, on October 3, 1990. She began her artistic career as a backing vocalist in forró bands in Fortaleza. In 2004, she moved to Belém, Pará, where she found her musical identity in the tecnomelody genre. Lindsay first gained prominence as the lead vocalist of Banda AR-15, a project that significantly contributed to the tecnomelody scene in Pará. With the band, she released several hits that resonated with audiences across Brazil, solidifying her status as a key figure in the genre.

In 2014, Rebeca Lindsay embarked on a solo career, continuing to explore and promote tecnomelody. Her solo work has produced popular songs such as "Pode Chorar" and "Tempestade de Amor," further expanding her reach. Her participation in the reality show "The Voice Brasil" in 2019, as part of Ivete Sangalo's team, brought her national visibility and introduced her music to a broader audience. This exposure led to performances in various Brazilian states and even internationally, including shows in Paris.
