Biography

Reddy Allor, born Reddy Bernardes Duarte in Olímpia, São Paulo, is a notable Brazilian singer, songwriter, and drag queen. She began her musical journey in childhood, performing sertanejo universitário alongside her brother Gah Bernardes before eventually transitioning into a solo career that embraced her identity as a drag queen. Inspired by figures like Pabllo Vittar, she became a prominent pioneer of the "queernejo" movement, blending traditional country music with LGBTQIA+ themes alongside artists such as Gabeu.

In 2022, Reddy Allor achieved widespread recognition by winning the HBO Max reality competition Queen Stars Brasil, which was hosted by Pabllo Vittar and Luísa Sonza. Her victory led to the formation of the musical trio PITAYAS alongside Leyllah Diva Black and Diego Martins, resulting in the release of a self-titled EP. Beyond her work in queernejo, she has continued to expand her artistic repertoire, contributing a powerful rendition of "O Tempo Não Para" to the 2023 tribute album Cazuza: O Poeta Vive, honoring the legendary Cazuza.
