Relatos da Invasão is a Brazilian rap group that emerged from the Jaçanã neighborhood in the north zone of São Paulo. Formed around 2007, the group gained recognition for their raw lyrics and authentic portrayal of life in the periphery.

Their debut album, "É o Gigante," released in 2007, was produced by notable figures in the Brazilian hip-hop scene, including DJ Qap, Edi Rock of Racionais MC's, DJ Marco, Sagat, and Dall. The album's standout track, "Picadilha Jaçanã," became a hit, frequently played on specialized radio stations and celebrated for its vivid depiction of the Jaçanã neighborhood, a place also immortalized by Adoniran Barbosa. The song's catchy chorus, "Cê tá no Jaçanã, tá na picadilha," resonated with audiences and became a signature of the group.

The group's sound is characterized by influences from samba-rock, a genre that defined the black music scene in the 1970s, and pays homage to icons of that era such as Branca de Neve, Carlos da Fé, Bebeto, and Aniceto.
