Biography

Renato Luciano de Paula, born in Visconde do Rio Branco, Minas Gerais, on June 27, 1983, is a multifaceted Brazilian artist who skillfully moves between music, theater, and audiovisuals. His musical career gained prominence with the release of the album "De Toda Cor" in 2017, which addresses themes such as respect and diversity, and whose title track became part of the soundtrack for the TV Globo soap opera "A Força do Querer". The album featured renowned artists such as Ney Matogrosso, Oswaldo Montenegro, and Zeca Baleiro.

Before consolidating his musical career, Renato Luciano was already active in theater and film. In 2009, he participated in the musical "Filhos do Brasil", directed by Oswaldo Montenegro, and the following year, he acted in the feature film "Leo e Bia". His theatrical journey includes the founding of the Companhia Barca dos Corações Partidos, with which he took part in several award-winning shows, such as "Auê" and "Suassuna – O auto do Reino do Sol".

With influences ranging from caipira music to jazz, passing through samba and rock, Renato Luciano builds an experimental yet accessible musical body of work, exploring themes such as love, existentialism, and protest. In 2022, he released the album "Turista do Mundo", an autobiographical work that reflects his experiences and views on life.
