Biography

Sandy & Junior was a massively successful Brazilian vocal duo, formed by siblings Sandy and Junior Lima, who hail from Campinas, São Paulo. Children of the singer Xororó, from the legendary duo Chitãozinho & Xororó, the siblings began their artistic career in childhood, winning over the national public at the turn of the 1990s with roots sertanejo and children's/youth pop hits.

Throughout seventeen years of uninterrupted trajectory, the duo established themselves as a true phenomenon of Brazilian pop culture, selling over 20 million records and breaking audience records in stadiums like Maracanã. With landmark albums like As Quatro Estações and unforgettable hits like "A Lenda" and "Dig-Dig-Joy", they transitioned naturally through teen pop, dance-pop, and pop rock, while also expanding their popularity through television series and feature films.

Following their official separation in 2007, the duo returned to the stage in 2019 with the commemorative tour Nossa História, which reinforced their incomparable legacy in national music.
