Biography

Sergio Saas is a well-known Brazilian contemporary Christian music singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, producer, and arranger, born in São Paulo. Specializing in soul and black music, he built a solid reputation in the Brazilian gospel scene as a prominent vocalist for the band Raiz Coral, with whom he performed from the year 2000 until the group concluded its activities.

In addition to his work with Raiz Coral, Saas launched a successful solo career, releasing his debut album "És Meu Herói" in 2004, which earned him nominations at the Troféu Talento for Best Black Music CD and Best Male Interpreter. His subsequent discography includes acclaimed records such as "Tua Graça Me Basta", "Haja Luz", and "Deus Cuidou de Mim". Throughout his career, he has collaborated and written songs for various notable artists within the Brazilian Christian music community, sharing musical spaces with performers like Leonardo Gonçalves and groups like Apocalipse 16.
