Biography

Simone Mazzer is a Brazilian singer and actress born in Londrina in 1968. She initially graduated in Physical Education from the State University of Londrina before launching her musical journey in 1989 as part of the band Chaminé Batom, where she performed extensively and recorded two albums. Later in her career, she collaborated with artists such as Zeca Baleiro, making a live guest appearance on his album Pet Shop Mundo Cão, and eventually established her career as a solo artist with the release of her debut studio album Férias em Videotape.

Alongside her musical endeavors, Mazzer built a distinguished career in theater and film. She became a prominent member of the Armazém Companhia de Teatro, starring in notable productions like A Tempestade and earning critical acclaim, including a Shell Award nomination for Best Actress in Pessoas Invisíveis. Her acting talent also extended to the cinema screen with roles in films like Mato Sem Cachorro and Nise da Silveira - Senhora das Imagens, while she continued to expand her reach through television appearances, notably participating in the ninth season of The Voice Brasil on Carlinhos Brown's team.
