Biography
Tarcísio de Lima Sousa, known professionally as Tarcísio do Acordeon, was born in Campos Sales, Ceará, on November 4, 1993. During his childhood, he learned to play the acoustic guitar and, later, the accordion, taking the stage for the first time at twelve years old in a forró band from his hometown. Before achieving fame, he worked selling vegetables at the street market with his father and was a member of different forró groups in the Northeast region.
National recognition came in 2020 through social media, when he established himself as one of the great exponents of piseiro and vaquejada in the Brazilian music scene. His debut album, Diferente dos Iguais, achieved international impact by ranking among the best global debuts of that year.
Throughout his career, he has landed significant hits on streaming platforms, reaching the top of the charts with tracks like "Meia Noite (Você Tem Meu WhatsApp)". He has also collaborated with several prominent names in national music, sharing projects and guest appearances with artists such as Vitor Fernandes, DJ Ivis, and the duo Fernando & Sorocaba.
