Tarcísio Manuvéi is a Brazilian viola player, singer, composer, and cultural producer, recognized for his dedication to spreading caipira and traditional root music. His career spans over 30 years, establishing him as an important figure in the sertaneja music scene.

Manuvéi began a significant partnership with renowned viola player Pena Branca in 2001, participating in the release of the CD "Semente Caipira." From this collaboration, the group Viola de Nóis was formed, accompanying Pena Branca for a decade, recording three CDs, and performing shows throughout the country. The Viola de Nóis group was also recognized with the 2010 Rozini Award for Excellence in Caipira Viola in the Best Viola Group category.

The artist has performed on various television programs, such as "Viola, Minha Viola" on TV Cultura, where he performed songs like "Triste Berrante" and "Ô, Minas Gerais." His work is marked by the preservation and appreciation of caipira culture, with a repertoire ranging from classics to works by contemporary viola players.
