Biography
Teago Oliveira is a Brazilian singer, songwriter, instrumentalist, and music producer, widely recognized as the lead vocalist, guitarist, and main lyricist of the Bahian band Maglore, founded in Salvador in 2009. Alongside the group, he has built a solid career in the national rock and independent music scene, participating in key albums such as Veroz, Vamos pra Rua, and Todas as Bandeiras, in addition to performing in various cities across the country.
In addition to his work with Maglore, the artist has cemented his reputation as one of the great songwriters of his generation by having his works recorded by renowned names in Brazilian music, such as Erasmo Carlos, Gal Costa, and Pitty. In 2019, he launched his solo career with the release of the album Boa Sorte, a project that brought together more intimate songs and references to the soundscapes of the 1960s and 1970s.
Continuing his individual path, Teago released his second solo album in 2025, Canções do Velho Mundo, recorded in a nearly home-made fashion to emphasize organic processes and reflections on modernity. The musician has also participated in important collaborative projects, including posthumous tracks by Erasmo Carlos, reaffirming his artistic versatility between popular song and contemporary rock.
