Both musicians are veterans of the São Paulo underground scene, known for their intense live performances and a fearless musical approach. The duo has established itself as one of the most inventive names in the Brazilian alternative scene, characterized by their relentless recording and touring schedule.

Since their inception, Test has released numerous albums, including full-lengths, EPs, and split albums with international bands. They have toured extensively across Brazil and internationally, performing in countries throughout Oceania, Asia, Europe, North America, and South America. The band's DIY (Do It Yourself) ethos is central to their operation, with members often organizing and producing their own tours and releases. Test has shared stages with a wide array of notable artists, including Mr. Bungle, King Diamond, Napalm Death, Carcass, Exodus, and Sepultura, among others.

Test has also gained recognition through collaborations and appearances at major extreme music festivals worldwide, such as "Obscene Extreme" in the Czech Republic and Mexico, and "Maryland Deathfest" in the US. They have also collaborated with fellow Brazilian innovators Deafkids, releasing a collaborative album and performing together. The duo's commitment to their craft and their prolific output have solidified their reputation as a significant force in the Brazilian extreme music landscape.
