Biography

José Felipe Rocha Costa, artistically known as Zé Felipe, was born in Goiânia on April 21, 1998. Son of renowned sertanejo singer Leonardo and journalist Poliana Rocha, as well as nephew of the late singer Leandro, from the famous duo Leandro & Leonardo, the artist grew up deeply immersed in the world of sertanejo music. Since childhood he showed an interest in art, learning his first guitar chords from his father in 2009 and making his first public performances shortly after.

Zé Felipe's professional career took off in 2014, when he signed a contract with Sony Music and made his television debut on Domingão do Faustão. In the same year, he released his first studio album, titled Você e Eu, which spawned hits like "Saudade de Você". In the following years, he consolidated his career in music by releasing new albums and high-profile partnerships with prominent names in the national scene, such as Ludmilla, Naiara Azevedo, Gusttavo Lima and the duo Maiara & Maraisa.

Throughout his career, Zé Felipe has established himself as one of the main exponents of the new generation of sertanejo music, winning millions of fans and maintaining a constant presence on the country's hit charts. Alongside his intense routine of releases and tours, the singer has also built a solid presence on digital platforms and in the media, keeping alive his family's strong musical tradition.
